A leaked report by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says that the world is not warming but actually cooling, and will continue to get colder until the middle of the century.
You remember the IPCC, right? It’s the group whose 2007 report on global warming said that snow would disappear from everywhere but the highest mountains, icebergs would melt, sea levels would rise, deserts would spread, people would die in heat waves and pretty much the earth was going to end if we didn’t immediately destroy our carbon-fueled economy with job-killing government regulations.
Well, that’s not happening. In fact, the Arctic ice cap has grown by 60 percent since 2012.Thanks to the IPCC’s original predictions, billions of dollars were spent on supposed green measures to curb global warming, according to the Telegraph. Now, either those measures really, really paid off, or the skeptics were right all along.

I barely pay attention to global warming any more. It's been such an obvious fraud for so long. Good enough to fool the scientrific "reality" based community, but that doesn't take much. Now they're switching back to cooling. Yeah, sure, whatever. Maybe so, but I don't trust that forecast any more than the last one.

ReplyDeleteIt's a photoshop job by deniers in the pay of Big Oil and Big Coal. The science is settled, dammit! Al Manbearpig Gore, like Wile E. Coyote is a supergenius, and he says the planet is warming and we are to blame. He's a politician and a good Democrat, so he wouldn't lie to us. And, he got a C- in Earth Sciences in college. All those PhD's and MS's in Physics, Cosmology, and Meteorology who disagree with him don't know what they are talking about!

ReplyDeleteI don't think there is any amount of science disproving global warming that will make them give it up because it's like crack to a toothless tweeker. There is too much power in pursuing the idea that the ENTIRE EARTH must be controlled to SAVE US ALL!!!!!
Nothing will prevent them from cementing their control.
Where did global warming come from and where did it go? Mystery solved! Move along now, the science is settled. Couldn't resist.
